An ordinary dish, which, moreover, will not harm your figure at all. And it's ready almost instantly! It will take you about 20 minutes to do everything. Approximate content:

Why exemplary? And no one will forbid you to add an apple to it, for example, or olives and “throw away” high-calorie eggs! The cooking process itself is simple to disgrace.
